Year 11

 It's so good to get outside and run again. It was a long winter. I got started with outdoor running almost a month later than last year. However, I put a lot more time in on the tread mill this winter. I'm running as fast right now as I was at the end of June last year.

We had our first 5K in Roseau last weekend:


Running in one's 60s has its advantages and disadvantages. On the down-side, you don't have many competitors pushing you. On the up-side, you can easily win first-place medals for your age group. I took first place for the 60-something men. I was the only one...

This is my 11th year of Running Every Street. Thank you to all of you who support me. As I always say, it's a win-win-win situation. You're supporting a great ministry, Living Hope. You're motivating me to keep running. And you're receiving a blessing by giving.
